?Are there any setup fees? ▾
No. No setup fees, no hardware to buy. You only pay the monthly subscription.
?Can I change plan? ▾
Yes, any time. Upgrading Basic → Premium → Pro is instant; moving to Enterprise triggers a chat with our team.
?What happens after the 14-day trial? ▾
If you do not add a payment method, your account turns read-only and your data is kept for 90 days. No automatic charge.
?Which payment methods do you take? ▾
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer for Premium, Pro and Enterprise plans. Tunisian VAT invoicing.
?What if I only run one restaurant? ▾
The Basic plan at 99 TND/month is for you. You do not need Premium to get started.
?Can I cancel at any time? ▾
Yes, no fees. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data is exportable as CSV.
